Christian athlete is guest speaker

DOWNEY - Oscar Garcia, an area representative for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, will speak at the Downey Christian Business and Professional luncheon at Sizzler on Feb. 7 at noon.Garcia has been with the fellowship for 1 ½ years, helping to hold camps and events for high-school age kids and young athletes.
