Notice of Public Hearing

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held by the City Council on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Council Chambers of the Downey City Hall located at 11111 Brookshire Avenue for hearing of protests regarding the proposed modification to the boundaries of Underground Utility District (UUD) No. 24 along Paramount Boulevard from Imperial Highway to approximately 50 feet south of Quill Drive and causing all specified utilities to be relocated underground (District No. 24). Any person desiring to be heard may appear and be heard at said Public Hearing. Further information can be obtained by calling the Engineering Division at (562) 904-7110.
