Downey’s annual Christmas Parade presented by the Downey Chamber of Commerce, featuring bands, floats, classic cars, dance troupes, and Santa Claus. The parade heads south on Downey Avenue from Florence Avenue, then turns east on 3rd Street before ending at City Hall.
