Welfare reform
Dear Editor:I have the solution for our increasing welfare costs. Everyone signs up for a certain number of adults and a certain number of children. If any children were added later, they should be immediately deducted from this family's income. This would cut the number of people significantly. You can't be dedicated to finding work while increasing the size of your family. Welfare used to be a supplement to help people through rough times. It has turned out to be a way of life and a legacy handed down from one generation to another. If the government needs any help in going through the files, I'll donate my time to help. Do you have a better answer? Betty Stockton Downey
