Water official to speak at meeting

DOWNEY - Luis Cetina of the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California will speak on "California's Water Crisis" at the June 23 meeting of Rise 'N Shine Networking.The meeting begins at 7:30 a.m. at Downey Brewing Company.
