Below is a sypnosis of the production:
New York 1985, a time of the Rubik Cube and shoulder pads. In this comedy, we meet Olive Madison, an independent but filthy middle-aged woman who is about to meet her match when her OCD and recently divorced friend, Florence Unger, moves in with her.
As Olive trudges across the kitchen floor and Florence cleaning up after every step, these two get into quite a bit of a debacle when Olive sets up a romantic date with their upstairs neighbors, Manolo and Jesus Costazuela, two classy Spanish brothers.
These two completely opposite women find themselves knowing more about each other than they ever did. So what will become of this odd couple? You’ll have to come and see for yourself at the Emerson Theatre this December.
