"Our smoked brisket is pretty awesome," says Moises Rios, the butcher shop's owner. "We use our in-house chipotle rub, smoked on hickory wood...served on a French Baguette with melted cheese, avocado and any salsa of your liking."
With its slight spice kick, melty cheese and homemade guacamole, the 18-hour smoked brisket sandwich is one of the most popular items on the menu, and honestly, it's not hard to figure out why.
