Therese Roesch

Therese Roesch, beloved mother, grandmother and great grandmother passed away on May 19th at the age of 102. Born in Germany on February 3, 1910, she came to Los Angeles in 1964, learned English very quickly and worked in the Housekeeping Department at the St. Francis Medical Center until her retirement. Despite many hardships in her life including living through World War I and World War II and the death of 2 of her 4 children, Therese always had a positive outlook on life. She had many hobbies such as painting beautiful pictures, embroidering, crocheting, knitting and gardening, and she always enjoyed the company of her family. Therese is survived by her 2 daughters, Irma Landesfeind and Hannelore Drechsler, 7 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren.
