Symphony to tour private gardens in Whittier

WHITTIER - The Rio Hondo Symphony Guild will host its 26th annual garden tour on April 21.Guests will tour three private gardens that include cozy settings, sculptures, ceramics, mini gardens and diverse plants and flowers. Musicians will provide music at each site and an original watercolor painting by artist Carole Borries will be raffled. Tickets are $25 if purchased before the event. Proceeds will support the Rio Hondo Symphony, which performs four free concerts each year, and its music enrichment program.
