Student takes part in Disney program

DOWNEY - Warren High School student Kim Than took part in Disneyland's educational program last month, getting a behind-the-scenes look at how the theme park operates.The program, titled Disney Youth Education Series Program: Pursuit of Excellence, offers students real world examples of how the things they learn at school are applied at work. The 2-3 hour program covers topics such as career discovery, life management, physical science, natural science, history, and art and humanities.
