Student has high goals

NORWALK - Carlos Saborio was awarded the Hughlett Scholarship for Students with Disabilities at the May 20 meeting of the Cerritos College Foundation.Saborio, of Paramount, is a political science major who is transferring to UC Berkeley in the fall. His career goal is to become the first gay Latino congressman for the second Congressional District of Louisiana.
