Street Faire is April 28

DOWNEY - More than 300 vintage cars and hot rods are expected to participate in a car show at the Downey Street Faire, taking place April 28 on Brookshire Avenue, north of Firestone Boulevard.The street fair has continued to grow since it began 19 years ago, officials with the Downey Chamber of Commerce said. In addition to the car show, this year's fair will feature more than 200 vendor booths selling crafts and other items, a food court, kids zone with giant jumpers, slides and games, and live entertainment.
