StoryTime Festival returns Feb. 21

DOWNEY – The Gypsy Johnson Auxiliary of the Assistance League of Downey will hold its annual StoryTime Festival at the Downey City Library on Feb. 21 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Festivities include book readings to children from preschool to fifth grade, face painting, and a puppet show.

Every child in attendance will receive a free book, courtesy of the Assistance League.
