Speech contest winners announced

DOWNEY - Freddy Clark took first place in Toastmaster International Club 587's annual International Speech Contest which took place Feb. 10 at First Baptist Church of Downey.Winning first place in the Table Topics contest was Downey resident Richard Elliot. P.J. Mellana won second place in both contests.
