Space center hosting moon viewing event

DOWNEY - The public is invited to a celebration of "International Observe the Moon Night" this Saturday at the Columbia Memorial Space Center.International Observe the Moon Night is a public outreach event dedicated to lunar science and exploration. Institutions all over the country will take part to help engage communities in lunar observation campaigns. The event is from 7-9 p.m. Admission is $5 per person, or free for annual members.
