Singing, dancing at OASIS

DOWNEY - Eddy Greely, a one-man show entertaining audiences for more than 40 years in clubs, shows and in numerous venues, will perform Monday at the OASIS meeting at Downey Adult School.Greely will perform what he calls "An American Song Book," standards from the jazz era to "oldies but goodies." The program is free to local seniors. OASIS (Older Adults Seeking Information and Skills) meetings are held inside the Harriett Paine Event Center at Downey Adult School. Enrollment begins at 2:45 p.m. The program starts at 3:45 and is followed by an optional dinner which may be purchased for $3.50 at time of enrollment.
