SEAACA's Pet of the Week

DOWNEY -- Rascal, a 10-month-old male terrier mix, is SEAACA's "Pet of the Week." 

Rascal is neutered and weighs just over 10 lbs. He has already received his first set of vaccinations, a microchip, and flea treatment.
