Scholarships for court reporters

NORWALK - The Cerritos College Court Reporting and Captioning Department has announced that scholarships are available for students interested in becoming real time captioners.Two $500 scholarships are being offered through funding from a congressionally-directed grant from the U.S. Department of Education. Students must be enrolled in the beginning court reporting classes (theory and theory review) for the spring 2012 semester to qualify for the scholarship.
