Ryan Guerra

Ryan Guerra, 14, a sophomore at St. John Bosco High School, received a proclamation from the City Council on Tuesday in recognition of Diabetes Awareness Month. Ryan, who is the son of Councilman Mario Guerra, was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes last year.
