Roy Beard presented Quilt of Valor

DOWNEY — Downey resident Roy Beard was recently presented the Quilt of Valor from the Los Cerritos District for his four years of service in the U.S. Air Force.

Beard is active in the Downey community, including with the Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) and Downey Los Amigos Kiwanis.
