Rose Float prez to speak

DOWNEY - Susan Domen, president of the Downey Rose Float Association, will be guest speaker at the Tuesday meeting of Rise 'N Shine Networking.Also scheduled to speak is Laurie Marks, owner of Laurie's Personal Pet Sitting.
