DOWNEY — Wrestling fans will have a rare chance to meet Sting, the retired icon known for his theatrical style and hard-hitting performances, at OG Collectibles in Downtown Downey on Jan. 25.

The meet-and-greet event will take place from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., with tickets available for purchase through OG Collectibles.

Known as "The Icon," Sting is celebrated as one of the most influential figures in professional wrestling. With a career spanning over three decades, Sting, whose real name is Steve Borden, first rose to prominence in the 1980s with World Championship Wrestling (WCW). His signature face paint, ominous entrances, and intense rivalry with wrestlers like Ric Flair and Hollywood Hulk Hogan have left an indelible mark on the industry.

Sting went on to perform for Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA) and later made his highly anticipated debut in WWE, where he was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2016.

Fans attending the event will have the opportunity to meet the legendary wrestler, take photos, and collect autographs.
