WHITTIER - Musician and composer John Santana, host of "Evening Concert" on KMZT, will speak Feb. 11 at 10 a.m. at First Friends Church in Whittier.Santana's appearance is part of the Rio Hondo Symphony's free concert preview. Santana is currently programming director at KMZT and is host and producer of "CinemaScore." He speaks regularly at concert previews for the Los Angeles Philharmonic, New York Philharmonic and Opera Pacific. Santana will speak about the music of composers Glinka, Rachmanioff and Tchaikovsky. The event is open to the public. First Friends Church is at 13205 Philadelphia St.
