Property management workshop Tuesday

DOWNEY – The Downey City Library will host a landlord workshop this Tuesday, Feb. 17, from 3-5 p.m. Representatives of the Fair Housing Foundation will be on-site to teach landlords how to seek prospective tenants, the rental process, and credit checks.

Attendees will also be educated about fair housing laws and their rights and responsibilities as a landlord or property manager.

The workshop is free and open to the public.
