Positive patient care

Dear Editor:I am not impressed by much, but recently I had an occasion to go to the Physicians Surgery Center of Downey for a procedure. The nurses and staff were excellent. The care they gave me was exceptional. A big thank you to Dr. Thomas Choi, Dr. Winn, the nurses and staff. To say that I was impressed would be an understatement. Peggy Jordan, Downey
