DOWNEY – The Downey Theatre kicks off 2023 with “Ladies Night,” a high energy show starring pop divas Taylor Dayne and Sheena Easton,  Saturday, Jan. 14, at 8 p.m.

Dayne and Easton have sold nearly 100 million records (combined), acted in movies, TV and Broadway, and performed in sold-out concerts worldwide.

Taylor Dayne catapulted to international fame with 1987’s  “Tell It to My Heart,” followed by 17 “Top 20” hits  including three at No. 1. She’s sold over 75 million albums and singles worldwide, has three Grammy nominations, received an American Music Award, and ranked #18 on Rolling Stone’s list of top female dance artists of all time.

Her albums have been certified gold and platinum in the U.S., Europe and Asia, and she continues to perform regularly in Las Vegas, and to sold out concerts worldwide.

Both singers are also veteran actresses of film, TV and stage, including Broadway in the 90s: Taylor as Fanny Brice in “Funny Girl” and Easton as Aldonza/Dulcinea in “Man of La Mancha” and as Rizzo in “Grease.”
