Pharmacy holds ribbon cutting

DOWNEY - The Downey Chamber of Commerce will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony Wednesday for new member Fobi Comprehensive Pharmacy, located at 7922 Rosecrans Ave. in Suite P-2.The event starts at noon.
