Pedro Chavez

June 29, 1948 - July 18, 2017

Pedro Chavez resident of Downey since 1994 passed away from complications due to Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) at home sorrounded by his family.

He leaves behind his wife Silvia of 45 years, two sons (Agustin and Daniel), two daughters ( Anna and Susana), six grandchildren ( Danny, Antonio, Aryana, Emma, Eric, and Adrian), best friend (Raul) ,Mother (Elodia) and 9 siblings.

He was an exemplary son, brother, uncle, husband, and father.  He enjoyed photography, jogging, camping, and off road dirt biking.  He also enjoyed reading, cooking, and spending time with his grandkids sports activities.

Memorial services taking place in Downey on Friday July 28th and Saturday July 29th.
He will be deeply missed by ALL.
