Paramount Boulevard fire

The man accused of intentionally burning down a Paramount Boulevard office complex last year has accepted a plea deal and will serve three years in prison, authorities said.  

Jason Washington was arrested two days after the 7,400 sq. ft. office building went up in flames April 3, 2014, destroying several businesses and putting dozens of people out of work.

The charred complex has yet to be demolished.
