Not so rosy

Dear Editor:I'm wondering why Conroy's Flowers on the corner of Imperial Highway and Lakewood Boulevard is still "under construction." The improvements and beautification of Imperial Highway have been finished for quite some time, and it all looks fantastic…and then there's Conroy's. Maybe they should save the money from the "free rose they give with each purchase" and use it to finish the building. - Dee Smith, Downey
