Nominations open for Older American award

DOWNEY – Nominations are being taken for the 2015 Older American of the Year Award. To be eligible, nominees must live in Downey, be at least 65 years old, and have contributed to the city through volunteering within the last 10 years.

Nomination forms are available at the Barbara Riley Center, or call (562) 904-7223. Last day to submit a nomination is March 13.
