DOWNEY - Two speakers have been lined up for the April 13 meeting of Rise 'N Shine Networking at Bob's Big Boy in Downey.Dr. Joel Bird of Advanced Wellness and Chiropractic and Jim Panthaki of Mutual of Omaha Insurance Company will speak at the meeting, which offers members of the local business community an opportunity to network.
