Nadine Lois Hollingsworth

November 9, 1937 – June 29, 2021

It is with great sorrow that I announce the passing of my mother, Nadine Hollingsworth, age 83, she passed away on June 29, 2021, and she suffered for 5 years with dementia/Alzheimer. Nadine was born November 9, 1937 and was preceded in death by her parents Orrin and Rose Williams. She graduate from Huntington Park High School class of winter 1956. Nadine was a Past Noble Grand of The Rebekah Lodge #307. She is also a Past Matron of Downey Chapter #l60, Order of the Eastern Star. Nadine was employed at Kirk Paper Company and retired from Los Angeles County Board of Education (LACo). She was predeceased by her brother Orrin Williams and Sister Betty Williams. Nadine is survived by her son Cliff Hollingsworth and sister Lorraine Stevens, both of Downey. The funeral will be held at Miller Mies Downey Mortuary, 10229 Paramount Blvd., Downey on Thursday, July 15, 2021.
