Mayor to deliver State of the City address Oct. 19

DOWNEY — Mayor Claudia M. Frometa will deliver Downey’s State of the City address at a luncheon Tuesday, Oct. 19, at the Rio Hondo Event Center. 

The event begins with a meet and greet at 11 am, followed by the mayor’s presentation at noon.
