DOWNEY — Downey Mayor Claudia M. Frometa will hold a virtual town hall meeting April 22 where residents are invited to call in and ask the mayor questions.

The forum will be held via Zoom starting at 5:30 p.m.

Frometa is expected to speak about her mayoral goals, Downey’s response to Covid-19, and the city’s recent achievements before taking questions from the public.

“It is important to keep residents informed of the great things our City is doing to keep our programs and services running efficiently and our community safe,” Frometa said. “I value our residents’ input and look forward to answering their questions and concerns.”

The Zoom meeting ID is 942-7917-4632 and the passcode is 158746. To pose a question during the Q&A, call (562) 299-6622 and operators will submit your question.

Participants will be asked to provide an email address so their question or concern can be addressed afterward in case there is not enough time during the Q&A.
