Matthew Barger

Matthew Barger was presented with the rank of Eagle Scout by Troop 441 and the Old River Men's Club at a Court of Honor ceremony held Aug. 14 at Downey First Baptist Church. Barger attained the rank by completing an Eagle project earlier in the year in which he planned, organized and helped build push carts and shelves for the Downey Council PTA HELPS room.
