Mary Jane Lee was longtime realtor

DOWNEY - Mary Jane Lee, a longtime Downey resident and realtor, passed away June 24.She was born March 24, 1941 in Bloomington, Ill. and moved to California in 1952. She lived in Downey for 45 years and was a realtor for more than 30 years. Services will be held Monday at 11 a.m. at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church. Interment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery. She is survived by her daughter, Pam Lee; brothers, George (Yvonne) Spence of Tustin, John T. (Nancy) Spence of Long Beach, and Tim (Linda) Spence of Whittier; and six nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter J. Lee. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations to Good Samaritan Hospital for the Neuromuscular Research of Dr. W.K. Engle, Development Department, 1225 Wilshire Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90017.
