Margaret Mary Keller

Margaret Mary Keller passed away on August 29, 2015, less than 3 months short of her 100th birthday. She was born in Los Angeles on November 13, 1915.

Margaret retired from Smurfit, formerly Container Corporation of America in 1989. She spent much of her time bowling, gardening, playing cards, and enjoying her family. Margaret lived and raised her family in Lynwood and later moved to Downey with her daughter’s family. She was an avid Dodger fan and loved listening to Vin Scully on the TV or radio.

She is survived by her son, Kenneth (Emily) Keller of Huntington Beach, son Dennis (Shari) Keller of Fullerton, son Donald (Beth) Keller of Lancaster, PA, son Robert (Debi) Keller of Huntington Beach & daughter Catherine (Robert) Pecka of Downey. She also leaves 15 grandchildren, 17 (soon to be 19) great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

A Catholic Funeral Mass in her honor will be celebrated at St. Simon and Jude Catholic Church in Huntington Beach on Tuesday, September 8, 2015 at 10:00 a.m.
