Lottery releases $10 scratcher

SACRAMENTO - The California Lottery announced this week the launch of a new $10 Scratchers ticket - the first $10 lottery ticket ever to be sold in California.The overall odds of winning a prize are 1 in 3.5. Odds of winning the top prize of $1 million is 1 in 1.2 million.
