Letter to the Editor: Who is in charge?

Dear Editor:

Well the political pendulum has swung sharply to the left.

The present administration has decided to quickly push their agenda because they have the numbers. That doesn’t surprise me. What does surprise me is their speed in advocating the changes. The outcome will decide if government takes over more control of our lives.

What has always intrigued me is who makes the call. What person or group determines what the policy will be and the strategy to implement it. Not only in government but also in the private sector.

For instance, on Facebook or Twitter, one can be denied access to these platforms because they may not agree with your opinion. Who makes that call and exactly what criteria is used to make that decision.

These people have a lot of power. I would like to know their names.
