Letter to the Editor: Volunteer police

Dear Editor:

I would like to take this moment to thank the volunteer police that patrols around Gallatin Elementary School.

With all this stuff going on in America, having a police car in front of our kids’ school makes us feel more at ease knowing someone is watching during the day.

Again, thank you and I hope to see them more often during school hours. Keep up the good work.
