LETTER TO THE EDITOR: Theatre condition

Dear Editor:

I was at the Downey Theatre last month for my granddaughter's dance competition. I have lived my whole life in Downey and I want us to have Downey pride. The city needs to make the lobby and bathrooms look beautiful like it should.

The bathroom faucets are practically rusted and I was embarrassed for my studio to see that because I was bragging about our theater and how much fun we have had there over the years.
