Letter to the Editor: Federal workers' back taxes

Dear Editor:

It would be really nice if the IRS could work on reducing the $3.3 billion in back taxes owed by 318,462 federal employees - an average of $10,391.00 each.

That would go a long way to restoring some of the trust lost by this agency in the manner that they investigated non-liberal groups.
