Lara to speak here April 4

DOWNEY - Assemblyman Ricardo Lara will speak to the Downey Coordinating Council at their April 4 meeting at the Barbara J. Riley Community and Senior Center.Lara will give a brief report on what efforts are being made to balance the budget and keep school programs available for all students. The meeting begins at 11 a.m.
