Kelley Roberts is guest speaker

DOWNEY – Kelley Roberts of the Downey Rose Float Association will be guest speaker at the May 20 meeting of the American Business Women’s Association. The dinner meeting begins at 6 p.m. at the Rio Hondo Event Center.

Downey’s float is one of only six floats that are self-built, meaning it is completely financed, constructed and decorated by volunteers.
