Juvenile court judge to speak

DOWNEY - Judge Philip Mautino of Los Padrinos Juvenile Court will be guest speaker at the Nov. 24 meeting of Rise 'N Shine Networking at Downey Brewing Company.Mautino will speak on the juvenile justice system.
