Jessica Frometa crowned Miss Downey

Jessica Frometa was crowned Miss Downey 2025 at the Downey Rose Float Association’s 68th annual Miss Downey Pageant on Saturday, November 16 at the Downey Theatre.
Her court includes Tiffany Aguilar, Allie Hanks, Maya Munoz and Jasmine Smith.
Alexis Givens was crowned Miss Teen Downey. Teen princesses include Sophia Morales, Isabel Munoz and Leilah Simonian.
The title of Junior Miss Downey went to Leah Kiedpool. Her court includes Erika Estrada, Gianna Otto and Jacqueline Ruelas.
Leanna Alvarez was crowned Little Miss Downey. Little princesses include Valerie Estrada and Sophia Villada.
This year the Downey Rose Float Association held the Mr. Downey Pageant on the same night, Mr Downey Remy Castillo, Mr Teen Downey Aiden Silva, Junior Mr Downey Gabriel Salamanca and Little Mr Downey Kurt Patrick Araujo.
“We are extremely proud to have been hosting the Miss Downey Pageant for 68 years,” the Downey Rose Float Association said in a statement. “Downey produces amazing youth who are smart, talented and compassionate. They serve as ambassadors for the Downey Rose Float and the city in many local events throughout their reign.
“We would like to thank all of the volunteers, sponsors, parents and contestants for another successful year.”
