Internships for students available

LOS ANGELES - Los Angeles County Supervisor Don Knabe announced the availability of dozens of paid internships across the Fourth District (including Downey) through the Los Angeles County Arts Internship Program. The positions are for 10 weeks and pay $350 per week. To support the internships, Los Angeles County has awarded grants totaling $500,000 to 95 performing, literary, media and municipal arts organizations over the past 10 years.
