Immunizations for kids Feb. 24

DOWNEY - Free immunizations for children will be offered at Maude Price Elementary School on Wednesday from 3 to 7 p.m.In conjunction with St. Francis Medical Center, children ages 4 to 18 can receive immunizations for chicken pox, hepatitis A and B, DTP, MMR, polio, meningococcal, HPV and tuberculosis. All immunizations are free and no appointment is necessary. A parent or guardian must accompany children. Maude Price is at 9525 Tweedy Lane in Downey. For more information, call (562) 904-3589.
