DOWNEY - For those wishing to celebrate Independence Day, here is a list of all 17 fireworks stands in Downey, their locations, and the local nonprofits associated with them.

Please note that the possession and use of illegal fireworks is punishable by citation and fines between $2,000, $2,500 and $3,000 depending on number of prior offenses.
